The new series I am creating is called "Beyond the Agenda". The idea here is that I sit down with local officials from the county and cities and discuss various topics related to the county and cities. These are informational interviews meant to help keep the residents informed on what is going on.

In this first Episode, I sit down with Commissioner and current Chairman of the board, Diana Finegan. We talk about various topics including septic to sewer grants, roads, animal shelter and sports complex for youth sports.

One Month to Go

Its Tuesday which means civic engagement day. What is that you ask? Well it's where you can participate in government processes. How? Tonight is the 2nd Comp Plan workshop that is open to the public. It will start at 530 and will be at the Lecanto Government Building.

A Common Trend Emerges

I hope everyone had a great weekend. This cold was something else. I was in Denver on Saturday and it was in the mid 50s. Very little snow, even at higher elevations. I flew back late Saturday night to low 30s, where it had been snowing earlier in the day.
